We have an opportunity for a highly organised and detailed Accounts Payable Administrator to join our mighty Hospitality Finance Team.

If you love attention to detail, processing volumes, solving puzzles and uncovering discrepancies, then this is the role for you.  We work at pace, and you’ll be exposed to a variety of tasks while working alongside a supportive, high-performing team.  You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end accounts payable processes accurately and efficiently across our hospitality brands.
  • Reviewing invoices, resolving discrepancies and exceptions, and liaising with suppliers, stores and internal teams to keep things moving.
  • Completing supplier statement and bank reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Supporting month-end activities and maintaining accurate supplier and financial records.
  • Processing expenses, credit cards and other accounts payable transactions.
  • Supporting stores with accounts payable processes and working with the wider team to ensure things run smoothly.

What you will bring to the role:

You will be fun, real and professional with huge energy and determination and can demonstrate the following:

  • 2–3 years' experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.
  • The ability to work at pace, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A collaborative, team-first approach.
  • Solid experience using financial systems. Knowledge of NetSuite, Oasis and Expense Manager is an advantage.
