Our Mt Wellington store is on the lookout for an Assistant Store Manager who’s passionate about retail, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to bring the vibes while keeping things running smoothly.

📅 Rostered Hours:

 (40 hours per week)

• Tuesday (08:30 - 17:45)
• Wednesday (10:30 - 17:45)hursday (08:30 - 16:00)
• Frday (08:30 - 17:45)
• Saturday (08:30 - 17:45)

Please note that flexibility may be required for late nights, weekends, and peak trade periods.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Store Manager to lead, coach, and energise the team
• Drive a positive team culture focused on delivering awesome customer experiences
• Keep the store humming – from visual merchandising to stock processes
• Lead by example on the floor – you’ll be hands-on, always
• Step up when needed and help make big days run like clockwork
  

What we’re looking for:

• Proven retail experience, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role
• A love for all things product and customer
• Great communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Someone who’s reliable, motivated, and thrives under pressure
• Flexible availability, including weekends and late nights when needed
