Why you will love this role:

You’ll be working across well recognised brands in New Zealand and supporting our retail accounts payable team.  Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in managing reconciliations and ensuring financial accuracy. You will deliver the following:

• Perform daily bank reconciliations for store sales, including cash, Eftpos transactions, and other merchant deposits
• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances and maintain clear and thorough documentation for auding purposes
• Update and maintain accurate financial records in the accounting system
• Be the subject matter expert for our inhouse Bank Reconciliation software

What you will bring to the role:

You will be fun, real and professional with huge energy and determination and can demonstrate the following:

• At least 3 years in a high-volume bank reconciliations
• Strong Excel skills and knowledge of NetSuite is an advantage.
• Exceptional level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• The ability to work at pace, set priorities and meet the requirements of the business.
• An enthusiasm for mastering new systems and technologies, quickly adapting to changes in tools and processes.
