The Role

We’re looking for a Casual Sales Assistant to join our Cambridge team. In this role, you’ll:

  • Help customers find the right products and sizes, providing a friendly, welcoming experience every day.
  • Maintain store standards, keeping displays tidy, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
  • Support operational tasks including point-of-sale transactions, stock replenishment, and daily store duties.
  • Contribute to team goals, helping the store succeed and supporting your colleagues.

  • Confidence to engage with customers and share product knowledge.
  • Flexibility to work rostered hours including weekends and public holidays.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential.

What You’ll Deliver in This Role

  • Customer Experience & Sales: Deliver our “Every Day Great Experience” (EDGE) by engaging customers, identifying needs, and providing tailored advice. Achieve personal and team sales targets while upselling and maximising the customer experience.
  • Store Presentation & Standards: Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-presented store. Ensure merchandise is stocked, displays are attractive, and promotions are executed accurately.
  • Operational Support: Assist with stock, deliveries, and transfers. Follow cash-handling procedures and store security practices. Support opening and closing duties as required.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration: Work closely with your Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and team members. Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.
