Why you will love this role:

You’ll support our studio teams and delight our customers, ensuring we consistently deliver the highest standard of customer care.  You’ll provide exceptional customer care beyond our studio doors, ensuring all lines of communication outside of our studios are well-managed and maintained. You’ll use tools like our Assist phone line, CRM systems, The Dashboard, live chat and any future communication channels that we adopt.  This will involve:

• Be Customer-Obsessed: Deliver clever solutions and support through exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintain Customer Database: Keep our customer database accurate and up-to-date, ensuring effective communication.
• Align Communications with Branding: Take ownership of communications, ensuring they align with our marketing and brand strategy.
• Accountable for Success: Achieve agreed outcomes to deliver positive customer service results and ensure a consistent customer experience.

You will have huge energy and determination, and can showcase the following:

• A relentless focus on customer service, consistently delivering excellence.
• Top-notch organisational skills and time management, even when juggling diverse tasks.
• Outstanding communication abilities, allowing you to engage effectively with a wide range of people.
• Prior experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot
