Customer Care/Navigator - Silverdale
Who we are and why you’ll love working here
At Resonate, we’re a proudly New Zealand audiology company with a clear vision — to make hearing healthcare more accessible for all New Zealanders.
With 31 studios across the country, we work without unnecessary hierarchy, value collaboration and encourage people to contribute, speak up and make an impact.
Our values — Trust through Transparency, People Not Patients and Seamless Collaboration — guide how we work together and care for our customers, creating a culture built on openness, support and genuine connection.
You’ll be part of meaningful work in healthcare, helping improve people’s lives while working alongside a team that believes great outcomes come from trust, connection and working together.
The Role
As a Navigator, you’ll work in a clinical environment, providing hands-on hearing healthcare and support to our customers throughout their journey. With full training provided, you’ll deliver a range of services including wax removal, hearing testing and assessments, counselling and general hearing support.
This is a highly customer-facing role, where you’ll build genuine relationships through in-person interactions, phone, email and SMS. Beyond the Studio, you’ll connect with your local community through events and engagement, helping raise awareness of hearing healthcare and grow Resonate locally. You’ll also take pride in ensuring your Studio reflects Resonate’s brand and marketing standards.
What you’ll bring
You don’t need a background in hearing healthcare — we’ll provide the training you need. What’s important is your ability to connect with people, learn new skills and confidently work in a hands-on healthcare environment.
You’ll also bring:
- A genuine desire to help people and deliver a great customer experience.
- Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to balance a varied workload.
- Confident, warm communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
- An interest in getting out into your local community, building relationships and helping grow awareness of Resonate.
What we offer
- Meaningful work that makes a real difference to people’s lives and their hearing health.
- Career progression and development opportunities, including pathways into Audiometry.
- A supportive, collaborative culture where you’ll be encouraged to learn and grow.
- Tahua Group benefits including life insurance, enhanced parental leave, birthday leave and staff discounts across our brands – Burger King, Starbucks, Popeyes, Number One Shoes and Hannahs and Resonate.
If you’re ready for a role where people, purpose and growth come together, we’d love to hear from you — apply now.
