In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our Distribution Centre operations, ensuring our restaurants and stores receive the right products on time and in full. You’ll play a key role in problem-solving, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to maintain seamless service. Whether it’s responding to store inquiries, managing inventory accuracy, or troubleshooting delivery issues, your attention to detail and proactive approach will make a real impact. Working both independently and collaboratively, each day will bring fresh challenges, learning opportunities, and the satisfaction of knowing you’re helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll bring to the role: 

• Previous experience in warehouse administration or an office environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to follow-through.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, building effective relationships across all levels.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure, prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word) and experience with a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus but not essential.
