As a Shift Supervisor, you’re a key leader on the floor; guiding baristas, supporting operations, and helping create a welcoming Third Place for customers and partners alike. Every shift is an opportunity to make an impact.

• 1 year customer service experience with 6 months – 1 year of supervisory experience
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
