This is a hands-on, operational role where you’ll have a real impact on the day-to-day performance of Tahua’s hospitality and QSR brands. Sitting within the Property Operations team, you’ll help ensure restaurants are safe, compliant, and fully operational, supporting frontline teams and protecting the customer experience.

You’ll work closely with restaurant teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to manage maintenance, preventative programmes, and critical hospitality equipment. With strong visibility across the portfolio, this role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a tangible difference in fast-paced environments.

What you’ll deliver

• Safe, compliant, and operational restaurants with minimal disruption to trading.
• Effective coordination of reactive and planned maintenance via RAMP.
• Accurate asset registers, warranties, and compliance documentation.
• Strong preventative maintenance outcomes and contractor performance oversight.
• Clear communication with restaurant teams and Property Operations stakeholders.
• Reliable site data, audits, and asset condition reporting.

 What you’ll bring

• Experience in facilities, equipment, or property operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of hospitality-critical systems (HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, building services).
• Experience using maintenance management systems.
• Calm, organised approach in fast-paced trading environments.
• Strong contractor coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
