As part of a high-performing property operations team working across our brands, this newly created role works closely with, and supports, the team to provide effective management of property operations.  You’ll ensure that all our hospitality and retail sites are well-maintained, compliant, and ready to deliver exceptional customer experiences.  This hands-one role will be responsible for on-the-ground coordination, offering you exposure to a wide range of projects while directly supporting Tahua’s ambitious growth plans. This role will involve:

• Acting as the point of contact for facilities related inquiries across our restaurants, café, and stores
• Assist in managing maintenance schedules and ensuring preventative tasks are completed on time.
• Coordinate and resolve equipment and facilities repairs, ensuring minimal operational disruptions.
• Work with contractors and vendors, securing quotes and ensuring timely, high-quality work.
• Conduct regular site inspections, identifying maintenance needs and improvements.
• Assist with onboarding of contractors and staff into our new facilities management system.

What you will bring to the role:

You will be fun, real and professional with huge energy and determination and can demonstrate the following:

• Experience in a facilities coordination or similar role, with knowledge of building management and maintenance processes.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
• A customer-focused, highly organised, and detail-oriented approach to managing facilities tasks.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, manage competing priorities, and resolve issues efficiently.
