As part of the high-performing People & Culture shared services team, and you’ll play a pivotal role in setting our QSR brands apart by creating impactful learning experiences. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to design engaging content that supports both online and in-person training, using the latest multimedia tools and instructional design principles.

You’ll have the opportunity to optimise our Learning Management System and develop a variety of high-quality resources, from e-learning modules to interactive guides and video content.  Your passion for creating exceptional learning experiences, combined with your collaborative spirit, will help unify our brands and contribute to our vision of building a great Kiwi business.  This role will deliver the following:

  • Product Ownership: Lead the management of our LMS, ensuring it’s updated, maintained, and fully optimised.
  • Subject Manager Expertise: The “go to” expert, resolving user queries, providing support and training to maximise its functionality.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to create high-quality, interactive learning modules using tools like Articulate 360 and Adobe Suite.
  • Innovation: Incorporate gamification and simulations to enhance learner engagement and stay current with the latest trends in instructional design.
  • Reporting: Create evaluation reports to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and ensure alignment with Tahua’s goals.

What you will bring to the role:

You will have huge energy and determination and can demonstrate the following:

  • Previous, substantial experience in creating interactive and engaging learning content designed to suit a wide range of adult learning styles.
  • Technical proficiency with multimedia content creation tools and online training application.
  • A natural, fully inclusive stye that designs interventions and solutions that are accessible to a wide range of needs and audience style.
  • Well organised, effective time management – with the ability to handle a complex, shifting, varied workload.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively to co-create great learning interventions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of key stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to produce high-quality reports, analysis, and presentations under tight deadlines.
