What you’ll bring to the role:

 

You’ll bring energy, resilience, and a strong leadership mindset, along with:

• Proven experience as a Manager within QSR or hospitality
• A coaching leadership style, you love developing your team and bringing out their best
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and lead from the front
• A genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confidence building relationships and communicating effectively across your team
