Fixed Term Sales Assistant at The Outlet Whangarei starting ASAP until February 2027

We have a variety of set shifts available, with opportunities ranging from approximately 6 to 36 hours per week. There is flexibility to select a combination of the below shifts that works best for you.

Available shifts:

• Monday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
• Wednesday: 9:00am – 4:00pm or 11:00am – 5:15pm
• Thursday: 10:00am – 5:00pm
• Friday: 9:00am – 4:00pm or 10:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 9:00am – 4:00pm or 10:30am – 5:30pm
• Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

About the role

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences
• Assist customers with product enquiries and purchases
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
• Support stock management and operational tasks
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused store culture

No two days are the same — you’ll be hands-on, customer-facing, and an important part of keeping the store running smoothly.

What we’re looking for

• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
• A positive, energetic attitude
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends
