Store Manager – Brand New Superstore!

📍 Blenheim | Full-time (Tues–Sat, 40 hours)

We’re opening the doors to our brand-new, beautifully designed Superstore in Blenheim – and we’re looking for a passionate Store Manager to lead the charge!

This is your chance to step into something fresh and exciting. Our new store brings together all three of our iconic brands – Number One Shoes, Hannahs and Hush Puppies – under one roof. With a strong local customer base and a bold new look, this is a space you’ll be proud to lead.

Here’s what we’re looking for:
You’ve already proven yourself in a large-format retail leadership role. You know what it takes to drive performance, lead a team, and deliver results – and you bring both strategic thinking and strong people skills to the table. KPIs, systems, and planning? You’ve got it covered.

In this role, you’ll:

• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing team
• Create a customer-focused environment that feels welcoming and energised
• Use performance metrics and insights to drive continuous improvement
• Bring local marketing ideas to life and build community connection
• Keep the store running smoothly – from stock to standards
• Get hands-on and lead by example in a busy, physical environment
  

• Previous store management or senior retail leadership experience
• A strong understanding of large-format retail
• Great energy, resilience, and a drive to succeed
• A natural way with people – both customers and your team
• A love for fashion, footwear, and store presentation
