Days required: 5 days (Rostered between Monday- Sunday)

Hours: 30 – 40 hours

Hourly Rate: $26.50 - 28.50

What you will bring to the role:

You will have huge energy, intrinsic drive and resilience, and demonstrated ability in the following:

• Proven experience as a supervisor.  We need someone who thrives in the dynamic world of operations especially within the QSR or hospitality industry.
• Your leadership style is all about coaching and developing others.  You’ll bring out the best in your team, helping them reach their full potential and perform exceptionally.
• No challenge is too big, and no task is too daunting. When the going gets tough, you’ll power through, leading your team with extraordinary resilience.
• Your genuine love for customers will shine through in everything you do.
• Ability to plan and juggle multiple priorities, where you will be involved in coordinating numerous moving pieces.
• You’ll be skillful, adaptable and adept at building rapport with different individuals, using persuasive communication to align everyone towards shared objectives.
