Graphic Designer

We're Ngahuia Retail Group – home to Number One Shoes + Hannahs and The Outlet. We're passionate about creating engaging customer experiences across every touchpoint, from digital campaigns and social content to in-store experiences.

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a 6-month fixed-term contract while one of our designers is on parental leave.

Based at our Support Hub in Takapuna, you'll work alongside our Design Manager and wider Marketing team to deliver creative that keeps our brands looking fresh, consistent and customer-focused.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing creative assets across digital, social media, EDMs, websites and in-store POS.
• Supporting seasonal campaigns while delivering high-quality BAU creative.
• Working within established brand guidelines and campaign templates.
• Collaborating with Marketing and Brand teams to deliver projects on time.
• Bringing creative ideas to life while maintaining consistency across multiple retail brands.

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years' experience in a Graphic Design role (retail experience would be a bonus).
• Strong skills across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign).
• An eye for layout, typography and visual storytelling.
• Confidence managing day-to-day design work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves when needed.
• A passion for great design and bringing brands to life.
