Why you’ll love this role

This is a broad, commercially focused accounting role where you’ll work closely with both Finance and Operations teams to support performance across the hospitality portfolio.

As a Management Accountant, you’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, clear analysis, and practical insight that helps the business understand performance and make better decisions.

You’ll be involved in:

• Monthly management reporting and variance analysis
• Maintaining P&L integrity and understanding key movements
• KPI reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Investigating trends, risks and performance issues
• Working with operational teams to explain results and challenges
• Improving reporting and processes to reduce effort and improve insight

This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be expected to get into the detail when required, understand why numbers don’t stack up, and work through issues to resolution.

What you’ll bring

You will bring strong energy and a practical, hands‑on approach, along with the following:

• At least 3 years experience in a management accounting role, ideally within FMCG, retail, or hospitality environments
• Strong analytical skills and commercial judgement
• Excellent stakeholder communication, with the ability to translate financial information for non‑finance teams
• Experience with ERP financial systems (NetSuite experience is advantageous)
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Confidence working with financial models and data
• A relevant tertiary qualification and CA qualification (or working towards it)
• Strong analytical capability and confidence working with financial models.
